You must contact us at least 7 days prior to the event date to reschedule and avoid a non-refundable service charge. Returns Customers often ask what our return policy is.

Deposits

Deposits are for event reservations only. Please be sure to have your event scheduled prior to making any deposits on our site to avoid a non-refundable service charge.

Balance must be paid in full within 72 hours of scheduled event.
